I've been struggling to find a broken wire to the PTO side injector without tearing the wiring harness apart. It'd help if I could find a wiring diagram for the injectors to the ECU for a 2015 RZR 900 S, but I can't seem to find anything detailed in the Service manual. I've found diagrams for other years, but they're not the same.
Can't do a continuity test when the wire's broken. I've identified the ground wire at the ECU (Green), but not the signal wire (Blue), which is the one that's broken. I can see the blue wire, but can't be sure it's the correct one, since the Mag side uses the same colour wires.
Check engine code 0 652 5 Injector circuit PTO side Open/Grounded.
Help?
- Already tested both injectors, reading 11.4 Ohms
- Swapped injectors, same code with either injector installed on PTO side
- Already replaced the injector connectors with new ones, it temporarily cleared up the problem (for about 3 hours).
- Have cut back the wires at the injector and re-spliced about 8" back, with no change.
