Hey guys-
I'm installing a Tusk LED light bar on my S 900.
https://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/p...-Light-Bar-Kit
I have it cleanly mounted, wires routed, and ready to plug in. However, the instructions advise to power it from the accessory (ACC) terminal on the under hood block.
They have video installation instructions here:
5 minutes, 58 seconds in...
They then go on to say to ground it to the frame.
*Everywhere* else that I read on installing light bars and accessories says to run wire from the battery to the terminal block for power, which I don't presently have installed, but can do if required.
Are these instructions from Rocky Mountain "correct"? Is the draw on this bar so little they can do it this way?
Thoughts/theories/guidance appreciated.
thanks in advance!
